I go to support to click open ticket -- it asks me to log in to account -- I log into account then go to select submit ticket and then asks me to log into account again?
Any thoughts how to break the cycle?
You can use the 'Anonymous' feature to submit a ticket. No log-in required.
Yes I know, but I fear that will put me father down the line.
Tickets are sent to the proper departments in the order received. It doesn't matter if it anonymous. The only way to receive help is through the CS Team. (You can mention the log-in issue in your ticket.)
