Got DC 8 times in a row

Hi,

I just got DC so many times in a row which basically everytime I enter a meta event, the ping will reach 3k and then suddenly this error message came up :

Please help. I just bought the game and I can't even enter the meta event which are crowded as hell.If things stays like this, it means the game doesn't work and will forced to uninstall and redeem the package if possible
