Can't submit ticket online? Keeps making me re log in

It won't keep me logged in to submit a ticket.

I click support, I get an option to submit ticket, and it says please log in. I log in and it brings me back to guildwars2.com home page.

Keeps doing this for me.

    I submitted an anonymous ticket with my display name in the title.

    But this is still an ongoing issue for me.

    You can ask the CS Team to assist you with the logging in (for tickets) issue.

    I can log in fine. The website itself kicks me out after I am logged in and click on the "Support" button.

    They will help you with the 'loop' log-in issue.

    Submit a Ticket using the 'Anonymous' option. You should receive an almost immediate response to the email listed in your ticket. You can reply to that email. (Check spam/junk folders if you don't see it.)

    Did that two days ago. Still nothing. Don't think the almost immediate response time is accurate haha.

    Then, your email provider is subverting the emails or someone else has gained access to your email. The response is automatic.
    You can try submitting another ticket using a different email address.

    It's been resolved. Apparently when I submitted a ticket before to change my account email, my support email wasn't updated.

    They took care of it right away.
