PeerlessArch.6547 Posted March 30, 2020 Share Posted March 30, 2020 I know you can submit tickets anonymously, but can we have a fix for not being able to log into your ANET account before submitting a ticket?It asks "to help process your ticket faster, please log in to your arenanet account." Once logged in, it comes to the account page, then clicking on support, takes you to the ticket support page in which the account is logged out again. Keeps going in circle. There's no magic button, just like with Gem purchases.Also, it doesn't make a difference if it is anonymous or not, time-wise; as long as you fill in all the pertinent information.
