Glider Skins Tab in Hero Locked

I'm suffering the same issue - it tells me I need to purchase Heart of Thorns but I have had it for a long time...Can obviously log a support ticket with anet (and I will) but they do ask us to check the support forums first. So, bumping this issue :)

I'm literally standing in a Heart of Thorns map, and it's saying I can't use the function unless I upgrade to Heart of thorns -__-I'm stuck with the mordrem glider until this is resolved.

My glider skins tab in Hero appears to be locked even though I have HoT and maxed gliding mastery... It says that 'This feature requires upgrading to Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns'. I've had HoT for many years and have accessed the glider skins tab just fine until now... just wanted to see if others have the same issue? And if this could hopefully be fixed?

There's been a few recent posts.
There was a similar problem not long ago; the Devs fixed it shortly after. I'm sure the same will happen this time.

What you talking? I'm a self-taught glider, no licence required. :wink:

Also, I probably should've searched the forum first for recent posts of this issue. Apologies.

I got a new gliderskin for my alt account which only has HoT and no PoF and found that I can buy gliderskins in the gem store but I can´t change them anymore in my character window and the UI tells me to go buy PoF if I want to use that feature. WTF A-Net I hope that is a bug

Same. Submitted a support ticket with a screenshot on Saturday, haven't heard back yet.

I have the same issue. I can change my glider on some characters (one new and one old) and can't on others (one new, two old, including main)
