Exiting Game -> Freeze -> Corrupted data

Most of the time i wanna just close the game via Escape - "Exit the Game", it just freezes forever. This forces me to close it over the taskmanager.Together with that , on the following starts it always tells me to activate the client-repair. Ive also seen many things like missing textures etc that comes through that forced game-close.It sometimes even tells me to repair right after the client-repair is finished.

(if it helps) my specs arewindows 7 ultimate (had this problem on win10 too)Amd fx 8300nvidia gtx1060and some ssdgraphic-card, windows ,.... everything is up to date. Also no visible problems in terms of cpu/gpu/drive usage

anyone has an idea to help with that issue? Or has the the same problem?
