Mesmer bug list thingy

Mah list of mesmer bugs, I will update and remove bugs that are fixed if I remember.1 Axe ambush ( mirage ) throws 3 axes when traited, IF its traited AND you jump it throws 2 axes instead.2 Axe 3 ( axes of symmetry ) is inconsistent when used near terrain, or just fails to hit for no apparent reason.3 Sword 3 ( illusionary leap/swap ) misses or fails to switch places/immob without reasons, expecially when used on different elevation.4 Pistol 4 ( phantasmal duelist ) does not fire first 3 bullets if used while jumping, it still summons phantasm -> this one is important since jumping helps prevent obscured bugs5 Sword ambush hit detection is horrible, it misses in melee range.Clear hits still refuse to connect.6 Power block trait is bugged, it has 3s ICD in pvp ( its stated against defiance bars only ) on top of being wonky with some abilities cooldown increases.7 Dune cloak trait ( mirage ) does not trigger when mid air, since this trait is close combat only its almost unusable due to this bug alone ( sword ambush puts player in the air )8 Sand through glass trait is very unresponsive, it does not override priority when used, meaning when you get stunned and use it, it doesnt work instantly how its supposed to do, its frustrating to use. requires mushing of the button in hopes it works. Post that mentions it from 2018 -> https://en-forum.guildwars2.com/discussion/36750/sand-through-glass-stunbreak-not-always-working#latest9 Mirror blade ( gs 2 ) lost its projectile finisher, no mention in the patch notes.10 Arcane Thievery inconsistently fails to work, I dont know how to replicate the bug11 Shield 4 ( echo of memory ) and its flip skill ( Deja Vu ) summons phantasm at the end of channel, if the target evades, the phantasm is not summoned -> this is the only phantasm that behaves this way, you can deny the summon of it by evading and nothing in the skill leads me to believe it is intended.12 Clones get glitched while chasing enemies when they think they cant reach them, they give up and stand still to do nothing, shattered clones give up on life and explode.13 Illusionary Ambush can teleport you in a way that doesnt even face the target, entire point of the ability is to shuffle you and the clones and all do ambush attack, giving evade frame and 0,5s-1s of "where is the real mesmer" It doesnt work when you get teleported and cant ambush due to facing oposite direction then the enemy...14 Torch 5 ( phantasmal mage ) will not do aoe damage upon finishing casting the skill if mesmer is mid air ( jumped ), explosion is also delayed, on top of that skill tooltip is incorrect, Untraited it doesnt state that explosion applies burning, and traited states that it applies 9s burning istead of 1 burning for 6s and additional 1 burning for 3s. Damage is correct, but how its done is not.15 Blink -> the good old classic, blinks in place instead the destination.16 Jaunt -> same as blink, teleports in place instead off its destination.17 Illusionary ambush -> it teleports in place similar too blink and jaunt, in theory it could not be a bug because it teleports into random place, and same place is technically included, but it does it way too often to be the case, same bug as blink and jaunt.18 Master of Misdirection trait states it reduces cooldown of shatters by 15%, it functions properly but in character sheet ( where all stats are like power,toughness,ferocity etc ) it says 18% for some reason.19 First part of sword 3 skill ( illusionary leap ) states that it applies cripple and 2 stacks of vulnerability, this skill does NOT apply vulnerability.20 Forage(pig) from ranger can give https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Eat_Egg_(Griffon_Egg) -> eat egg skill. It is supposed to give 6 initiative. When mesmer uses it their clone slots get filled. and we no longer can generate clones. ->

video of the bug in action. P.S I did not test this one myself.21 Distortion effect states "Immune to conditions and damage." while its simply Invulnerability. It makes the user immune to control effects, which is not mentioned in the skill. It also doesnt make the user immune to conditions, as immobilization still doesnt allow the user to move, feared user will still run etc it only stops condi aplication and damage from conditions. Please update the tooltip to state that it grands Invulnerability.22 Staff 2 ability ( Phase Retreat ) is instant teleport that creates illusion. If used and shattered instantly, the player will count towards the shatter despite being far away from the target.For all the bugsSex -> all bugs appear on both genders.Group -> All of the bugs work both in group and solo.Map -> bugs replicated in all of the maps.Character -> female mesmer level 80, as far as I know all of the bugs work on all genders, on all maps, on all levels both in group and not in a group.Date posted 24/4/2020Last updated 29/9/2020Bugs fixed = 1

But the mes doesn't get mirage cloak from self-shatter, he just gets access to ambush skills ("Ambush skills become available for a short time whenever you grant distortion to yourself.")

thx, edited the post, unfortunately I wont be making separate post for every bug, it would take too long and probably get me banned for spamming too ;D
