Can't buy GEM and 0 reaction

I want buy 8000 gem from gemstore, but "Unfortunately an error has occurred. Please try again later!" I send mail to support, and open one ticket.I deleted chace files, reset router, but dont work. After 3 day's 0 answer for my problem, and the sales will end soon at store. It's a big blow for me. And i think my bank is work well because befor 1 week i bought gems from gemstore!! What a do...?
