[NA][PvX] New Outriders [NOR] Family Friendly

In addition to our usual recruiting post, we are also looking to recruit regular and committed raiders.We are in the process of forming a team for raiding after the launch of Path of Fire. We understand the balance changes that comes with that.

Please note that NOR isn’t just a raiding guild and instead we are a community. NOR is expected to be your “main” or “home” guild. You can read below for more information and details on our expectations of our repping requirements.

Who we are:

We are a casual, mature, family-friendly guild that has been around since 1992 when it was founded in the game “The Shadow of Yserbius” on the ImagiNation network. NOR is active in several other games such as SW:TOR, ArcheAge, Neverwinter, Black Desert, and undoubtedly more to come.

NOR has a variety of playstyles and commitment levels from very laid back to desiring to play the most challenging content, such as raids and high-tier fractals. All are welcome to pursue their main interests who believe in the core principles that have made NOR great for decades.

“To have fun and help others do the same” is the philosophy that guides us. We’re seeking additional members, both new and experienced, who are looking to become a part of our long and successful history.

What we offer:

• Weekly scheduled events for fractals, guild missions, raiding, “Name your PvE”, and even more as demand grows. Event times are typically evenings at 9pm EST and Sundays at 1:30pm EST.
• Gilded Hollow Guild Hall (level 52 and growing) with all maxed boosts; Scribing station, Arena, Guild Portal, and more!
• Dedicated website with complete roster information, forums, event calendar, and more.
• Discord server for chat and voice. NOR is an official Discord partner!
• Support for other MMOs. The friends you make here in the NOR branch of GW2 will be with you as you explore future games.

What we expect:

We are looking for friendly, mature people (comfortable with a “PG” atmosphere) who want to make NOR their home in GW2. Members are expected to be active and represent NOR 80-90% of their time. We have no problems with people joining “specialty” guilds for certain aspects of the game like RP or WvW, but NOR should be your main guild. If you are looking for a community, rather than just some folks to hang out with on occasion, we may be the place for you!

Just wanted to bump this and say that I have been associated with NOR for over a year now. I used to do content with them before joining as a member and they have always been a great group. Very positive, helpful, and the Discord channel is always active. It's great to be able to get and give help to other guildies. I can get help with questions about gearing, fractals, dungeons, mapping, story achievements, or just general questions with non GW2 stuff.

If you are looking for a family friendly guild that offers support for a wide range of content then we have it here in NOR. NOR is a multi platform guild with branches in several other popular games. Additionally, we are one of the oldest gaming groups having been founded in 1992.
