Elite spec loot is Soulbound??

I'm noticing a big difference between the rewards we've gotten through HoT and similar rewards from PoF.Back in HoT, when we got gear from achievements for progressing on elite spec tracks or fulfilling collection items, they were Account Bound. Weapons and armor would be Soulbind on Equip. Fine and dandy.So imagine my surprise when I started to stash similar loot away for some alts after opening a spec or finishing a collection item ...and finding it soulbound to my main without ever having equipped it. I mean, it's not a world-ending deal if I have to salvage them, but can we (pretty please with quaggan BBQ on top) get that gear converted to Soulbound on Equip like they were before?
