Two big disables back-to-back is a reasonably strong pick for PvE Staff Daredevil for open-world/story stuff if you find you're having trouble with defiance bars (with other people around, Basilisk Venom will probably get you further).I don't like it much for WvW/PvP but the 2.25 damage scaling on Uppercut is nothing to sneeze at.
