SIGIL OF CONFUSION: is it bugged? (WRONG SECTION; I apologize)

Is it just me or sigil of confusion doesn't seem to increase confusion duration? On mesmer -at least as tooltips are concerned- I don't see any increase in duration, unlike sigil of agony or smoldering. Anyone else encountering this problem?

perhaps Anet is working on making Sigil of Confusion exclusive to Mesmer Profession? Afterall, confusion is their signature, belong to them

wish the sigil was available outside of pvp. I mean you pretty much get all the other condi affecting sigils and confusion is the odd one out.

Do other sigils that increase condi duration show that on tooltips? I don't think they do.

i think the confusion one shows up, ill double check though. the torment one does not show on tooltips however
