Guild PvP missions not showing as complete?

1. We all repp'd
2. Started PvP mission to win a match (and to also get top rank)
3. Queued with 4 of us
4. Won an unranked 5v5, got some top ranks (kills, healing, etc)
5. Guild missions didn't budge, timer was still going

What are we missing?

Haven't done PvP-missions for ages, but as far as I can remember, you need to assign the members to teams too (4th tab in the guild menu), but I'm not sure about it?

Correct. You have to create a guild Team in order to have the PvP guild mission success count. This is done in the guild panel, 4th tab from the top (labeled "Teams"). Click the "Create a team" button at the bottom on the left side of the screen. Once created, select team members from the guild roster and "Invite to Party". Then party up, activate the PvP guild Mission and queue up together.

Yes, we did that. Had a full party of 5. Toggled the mission on, then queued up for the Pvp. We lost our match, but each person on the team had one top stat. The guild mission didn't complete?? Cancelled the mission, started again, double checked we were all rep'ing, made sure the guild team was really set. Launched the mission again, queued up for pvp, won the match. 3 people had one top stat, 1 person had two top stats. The mission again didn't complete. Two weeks before we did one, the mission did complete, but the two people who didn't have any top stats didn't get a guild commendation, the ones who did have top stats did get the commendation.

Anyone find an answer this problem? Our guild had this issue as well
