Oh and glowing stuff (that's amazing how pple like all the glow in this game). Too many ressources into marketing and "brand/brain storming". So no money for real balanced specialized team, like in old mmo's company, but plenty for marketing team. Accept it, this company make this choice that's all. Swtor PvP is more well balanced at this point, and they actually do their best in balancing, with goals and not allowing things to reach a certain point.
