POF: The Sacrifice - getting booted from story

I've already reported an in-game bug about this, but I wanted to make others aware of it as well. I've played the POF story through on 3 other toons and there weren't any game-breaking bugs to speak of, but this time during the fight with Balthazar, we take him down to the 85% point, he freezes us, insta-kill and we have the chance to either restart from a checkpoint or exit to the map. I went through this twice, both times hitting restart, both times getting exited to the Crystal Desert, standing at the gate just before The Sacrifice story begins.
