Even the Underwater fractal rework made is significantly worse.Seeing how the latest releases of on-land content Aren't all that good, I don't see Arenanet suddenly making great Underwater content.That they abandoned designing Aquatic weapons years ago is another big indicator that Underwater content has not been on their table in a long time.
