Stormcaller weapons need to be account bound to allow all future upgrades

Great to see that the new Stormcaller weapons are clearly flagged for later upgrade. However, because they're bind on equip rather than account bound, it's impossible to unlock the skin on some weapons unless (a) a crafter who can't wield de's or (b) another character equips, though this will then prevent the original crafter from upgrading later.

Account-bound would fix this.

You can unlock skin without soulbinding items, it makes them untradeable to other players, though still means they'd be soulbound if you decide you want to equip them.

Cant you just right click weapon and select unlock skin on your crafter?

Despite the clear info in the description I still managed to salvage the 1st 2 weapons obtained from the reward track, even though I got my fingers similarly burnt last time with the boreal weapons ?. I deserve my stupidity tax!

I unlocked skin then put them in my bank but I guess if they become soulbound after you equip it then you couldn't upgrade it if the char who equipped it didn't have the craft learned/level to upgrade and could be an issue in the future. They also could require a collection to upgrade them as well instead of crafting
