All details are correct and she change even the passwoerd and still she have the same problem . Email is working , password should work because is new . She don't have access to gw2 website . There was no email notifying me of what the fuck is going on just randomly cant log in all of a sudden. Had to do my own digging to figure out this is probably the issue. How hard would it be to send an automated email to me notifying me what is going on with my account?I guess i am waiting a week to see a response?
