The ugly wool items you an trade in for stuff when wintersday come around next time the other things I think you can just vendor trash or delete. You need 3 stones to make a transmutation charge if I remember right so 1 is worthless

Found Heirlooms- no longer usable. Discard.Found Belongings- no longer usable. DiscardMystical Cog- Used in mystic forge recipes to create Wintersday toy minis. Check the Wiki to see if you still have the other items needed to make the toys. Note that there are other methods of getting the toy minis that are much easier.Ugly Hats, Socks, Sweaters: Still usable during Wintersday festival. They are used as currency to make presents to give to the orphans of Divinity's Reach. See the Wiki for details.Transmutation Stone- You would need 3 of them to make 1 Transmutation charge. 1 is useless, and they no longer exist in game. Discard.Twisted Watchwork Portal Device- Still works. Even still drops from some fractals. Use it or sell it.

All info found on GW2 Wiki.
