TP + Support don't work

Hi,

For some strange reason I claim my bought goods and gold from the TP.

When I went to submit a ticket, I noticed that it kept kicking me back to my account overview, when I press the support button again it takes me to the page, but when I press sign in it takes me back to the account overview.

Help?
