Condi Renegade in fractals

How viable are condi renegades in fractals? I know there's support builds that work well, but I don't like swords or staff as much as the condi weapons. It doesn't need to be the best, but will I at least be able to find decent groups up to the higher fractal levels?

on toxic cms+t4 you will get some small challenge each time show what you good dps. If you like your class this is will not be problem.

Find a guild or a group of likeminded friends you do fractals daily with them.

Since the latest patch, I wanted to revisit shortbow renegade. Doing CM T4 Rec with my guild. Used to do them mostly on my DE rifle only before. (got over 2 stack of CEs),it's more than fine. Quite enjoyable really.

Personally I wouldn't recommend it. The ramp up is way too long, and the class doesn't have a way to reliably apply a whole lot of conditions at once. You can run them, and in slow/bad groups they'll do quite well, but that ramp up is really noticeable when your teammates are a bunch of berserkers.

Condi Herald works better, specially for soloing the bosses.

condi herald is a dead meme.

really toxic groups that dont accept condi renegades are extremely seldom. Unlike groups that have the hate against heralds (power herald is less hated than condi herald)

My personal metric to see if a build is viable or not is:

100CM Arkk Anomaly: can you solo it reliably in the worst situations(incl. instabilities)?

99CM Diaz 66% 33% 4snake phase: can you solo your snake reliably in the worst situations (incl. instabilities)?

My shortbow only hybrid renegade handles those fine.

Then everything is viable with traiblazer and healing power.
