Soulbound Chop-It-All Logging Axe stuck in bank

So, being dumb and not realizing it was Soulbound, I placed the axe in my bank, intending to use it on a different character. I then deleted the character that the logging axe was soulbound to. As such, I cannot remove the Logging Axe from my bank, and cannot trade it in for an Account Bound version at the Black Lion Weapons Specialist in Lion's Arch. How can I fix this grievous error?

Contact customer support. it's the only way...I think.

Yes customer support can help you if you wait for response.

They will most likely tell you to delete the axe and will send a replacement after you updated you ticket that deleted it.

I'm not sure the Axe can be deleted. Can you delete items you can't move from the bank?Regardless, the CS Team should be able to assist.

pretty sure you can right click and chose delete.

Ahh, so you can. Just tried it and you can, indeed, choose 'Destroy'.
