Where can I find more lore on the races?

Well, would say their respective cities. So black citadel. Priory have some books. After that, the dialogues around starter maps.

But Imho, there isn't enough lore about the 5 main races. If you are into charr, check frizzlewood and grothmar. Bjora for norns.

Most of it you're only going to get by playing that race (every Personal Story is different for the first few chapters, even for the same race), and hanging around in their main city and their maps, and listening to NPC conversations and such.

Very old lore is on the Guild Wars Wiki, and alot of the modern stuff is on the GW2 Wiki but not all.

There's many, many YouTube videos covering everything from the start of the franchise if you really want to persue the lore.

https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/The_Ecology_of_the_Charr is a fairly comprehensive official document of charr history, with only a handful of gaps having been filled out since.

Norn and asura history prior to GW1 is pretty much non-existent. Asura have a handful of crumbs, but norn pre-GW1 history is basically "might be cousin race to jotun, or maybe splinter-race of kodan". For post-GW1 and pre-GW2 lore, there is https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/The_Movement_of_the_World - another official document, thought there's been some retcons to it as it was a "very early lore writeup" from 2007 (so was The Ecology, but fewer changes to that).

Sylvari don't really have a "history", being only 23 years old as of the personal story. The most important information is either covered in The Movement, or are covered in the main sylvari storyline.

As for humans, they should have the most comprehensive fan-written on their race page on the wikis, but it tends to be divided by nation.
