Seera.5916 Posted August 16, 2020 Share Posted August 16, 2020 Do not submit a new ticket, no matter what. It will drop your ticket to back of the queue when they merge the tickets. Update your current ticket if you feel the need to reach out to support to make sure the ticket isn't being overlooked.I do not know how fast they are moving.
