Did you contact support yet? They're probably the only ones that can help you right now, at least until they get the chance to fix whatever is blocking it. I hope they're able to get to you soon. :(

Yeah, unfortunately they're still backed up, it seems. Some people have said it took two weeks or so to get a reply.

One was salvage the other mystic forged the mystic forged didn't give credit on the specialization but did unlock it
