I have restarted the game, restarted the story and and nothing is making it reset sending me a new message in the mail. Solstice.5790 Posted August 10, 2021 Share Posted August 10, 2021 I know this is an old thread, but if anyone encounters the same issue ( I did... ), here's what helped me: Quit the current episode Jormag Rising and start any other one you haven't done yet (Champions?). Whatever you start has to tell you that "you're going to lose some progress on Jormag Rising", which is exactly what you want.
