Bubbles attacking Lion's Arch

In one of his last videos Wooden Potatoes shared a concept art of a hydra- like dragon attacking Lion's Arch from the water. It would be really amazing if the new expansion would kick off (or the Icebroood Saga ending) by Bubbles attacking Lion's Arch from the sea. The picture looks amazing. Sadly I can't find it anywhere - maybe someone else can share it.

It’s been around since before HoT and should still be on the HoT release page. I’m pretty sure there’s a wiki link to it - if there is I’ll link it

if they/something/it/whatever attacks Lion's Arch again i hope they rebuild it again like the original GW2 design really prefer that over the rebuilt one we have right now

I guess it's the "Tsunami" artwork, isn't it? Looks really cool, though a bit over-the-top (a wave of that size would utterly destroy and kill everything for many miles inland, nothing left to rebuild).

I'm all for the smashing of the city again. I think we are at - the ruins of the ruins of the ruins of the ruins of Lions arch. It will turn out the Lion's Arch city planning department has been behind most of the events of history.

well it could happen, and could be the trigger/event that prompts our character to make the journey to cantha

I really do like the idea of destroying a city and it doesn't have to be LA. I know many people think "we had this already" but I wasn't around in LS 1 so I want to play a part in such a scenario ^^

I would like to see LA attacked again, although not destroyed this time.

Since the rebuild the city is practically a fortress!! would love to see all those canons actually be put to use this time.

It would be a balsy move from Anet if they decide to have some of the old maps under water now.

Last week when I went to one of the shiverpeaks maps and it was loading a bit slow it looked like large parts of the maps were underwater now. Probably a loading bug but that got me thinking, what if they did made some of the old maps a bit like that...

Omg that would be so cool! I always liked changes to old maps since it always delivers a stronger feeling of a living world than "just" new maps.

Oh wow look at that it’s even the rebuilt lions arch in the picture!

Bubbles is in the mood for lobster main course and smashes that atrocity littering the waterfront in new LA.

Give us back the good old Lion fountain!!

So, how would new players progress? Unless of course they get the aquabreather and underwater weapon at level 2 when they exit the prologue. Would be a pretty weird leap to suddenly be submerged though.

They won’t flood maps, they’ll make new ones I’m guessing it’s likely that bubbles senses aurene and goes to la where she would be once jormags gone

I stopped playing before scarlets war and got back into gw2 well after it was over, and honestly, I'm so sad I missed it. Wish I could take part in a real time event like that

Something along like they do in the story already I guess. I mean the story still takes place in the old LA I think?

Not sure they'd do this either as it has the potential to split the player base and make maps appear less populated.
