[EU] [Raids] Wonderful Ideas Poor Execution [Wipe] is recruiting!

We’re looking for experienced raiders to join our ranks. [Wipe] is a very small guild, so we're only looking to have 2-3 more members who can fit into our closely-knit guild. DPS mains are needed at the moment. You must have good experience with most of the following classes, with those in bold being highly preferred:

• Condi Scourge,

• Power Chrono, Condi Mirage (Axe + Staff),

• Power Daredevil, Condi Daredevil, Rifle Deadeye (QtP Pylon),

• Power Holosmith,

• Power Soulbeast,

• Condi Firebrand, Power Dragonhunter, Power Core Guardian,

• Condi Renegade.

We welcome applications from all over Europe but you do need to have good spoken and written English.

Our raid days at the moment are Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. Our raid sessions are largely about improving our personal kill times and practising for the GW2 Raid League! During the Raid League grind week, we also raid on a Saturday so we can dedicate two raid evenings per drawn boss. In addition to the Raid League we also are interested in wing speed-clearing, and tried this out during the Hardstuck Raiding Party. After our success in the open bracket, it's something we definitely want to continue exploring in the future.

What you can expect from us:

• High quality raids (well we try our best) with speed-clearing strategies.

• A friendly and focussed atmosphere. 

• Organised raids with the opportunity to play both DPS and support roles.

• Opportunities to theory-craft.

What we expect from you:

• High attendance.

• A positive and non-toxic attitude.

• Willingness to learn new strategies/classes as required to a good standard.

• Having a degree of gear flexibility. Sometimes we need to swap sigils or runes in order for our comps to synergise.

• Have experience with raiding, and in-depth knowledge of raid and class mechanics, as well as their interactions with one another.
