Level 50 Experience Scroll Not Working

Hi all,

I'm not sure if this is a bug or working as intended. I have an experience scroll that boosts to level 50. I started a new character, but when I used that experience scroll, it would not work. As in, I was not able to even double click on it. Are those experience scrolls that boost a character to 50 no loner usable?

I have many other experience scrolls that boost a character to level 20, and those did not work on my new character either. Only the experience scrolls that increase your level by one level work on this new character.

Any ideas why the others no longer work?

Many of those sort of items do not work in PvP areas. The lvl 50 scroll from birthday gifts is one of them.

As Khisanth.2948 says go out of spvp to a area like Lions arch and then use the scroll.
