Hesione.9412 Posted September 4, 2020 Share Posted September 4, 2020 This is definitely something you will need to put in writing, with proof that you are you, with a whole bunch of "I understand" statements you'll need to respond to, to cover Anet's back.Definitely a support ticket at minimum.Heaven knows how to do this on any off-site backups though, assuming there are multiple of these.Additionally, there may be digital storage legislation that affects what/when they can delete. If you no longer want it and want to make sure you don’t come back then delete all your characters and change the password to something long and random then uninstall.
