Stormcaller collector achievement Mastery point number?

Hey guys, so there is this "Stormcaller Armaments Collector" achievement, it grants just 1 Mastery point, correct? Or it should be two mysteries and the last one listed in the bottom counts?. It bugged me that it shows up on the Mastery point filter after I had gone through Tier 3. Thanks

Stormcaller Armaments Collector only gives 1 point for tier2.

The second icon represents "This achievement provides mastery point(s)". This is also why the second icon disappears once you obtain that t2 reward because the achievement has no more mastery points available although the game is not entirely consistent about doing that.
