Ranger Longbow #5 - Barrage need "Line of Sight" added to it to hit.

This skill is used by people with 3rd party software with infinite FOW to kill siege inside towers/keeps/castles in World vs World.

Adding "line of sight" to it will solve this problem.

Example:

The Barrage skill as Anduriell.6280 has said is working exactly as the programmers intended. It isn't bugged.

The issue here is that someone is allegedly using a program to circumvent the programming. That is an exploit and therefore the people doing so should be reported. Anet will take it from there.
