Do Black Lion Chest Exclusive items ever come back to the statuette vendor shop?

Hi, I'm wondering if Black Lion Chest Exclusive items (like the Wild magic backpack, and Elemental sword) ever rotate back to the black lion statuette vendor? (aka become buyable for 60 statuettes.)

Am considering either buying a couple of the Black Lion Exclusive chests now that they're out, or waiting for them to come back (*if they ever do).

Stuff does rotate back into the statuette vendor.

For example the Candelabra Staff has been in there 3 times and the Wild Magic Backpack has been in there even more often.

Alright, thank you guys! I guess I'll wait then, since the stuff I want is not urgent anyway.

Cost is actually known. They are 60 statuettes.

As for when, some things seem cyclic. The Candelabra Staff seems to be available once a year alternating between July and December.

Wild Magic Backpack Glider combo has been available ...

8 - 2018
2 - 2020
which doesn't seem to have a pattern but it has also been back as RNG drop from the BLC multiple times as well.

Wild Magic Backpack is back at the statuette vendor if you still need it.
