You have 2 options. Follow the META and wintrade with them. In order to compete on a leveled playing field. Or don't compete at all, and allow the players that wintrade. To have their cake and eat it too. If enough players do the 2nd option, then the wintraders will then have to wintrade against each other. Thus breaking their grip from within.
