Good and balanced ranger build for pvp/ats

Hi, I’m just a plat3-legend ranger player posting a build for fun and for anyone that wants to take ranger into competitive ATs(still for fun for me). I’ve been holding onto a fairly decent build, which I didn’t play much cuz I think core is overall just a hair stronger, but now that there’s some really cancer side noders emerging like decap scrapper I feel it’s a good post. Note: not op or anything, I just like it because it’s a normal build that can hold for a good bit against these decap builds and still rotate/decap/do damage in a non-toxic manner.
