Dadnir.5038 Posted October 21, 2017 Share Posted October 21, 2017 The answer to the question would probably be "no for a reaper buff in power but maybe yes for a necromancer buff in power".The reason why they can't give a buff to power reaper is because they aim at a certain design philosophy for power damage and reaper achieve their objective in this area thanks to gravedigger. However, the core necromancer do not achieve such result so they might as well direct the buff here which would indirectly buff power reaper in return.
