The Mythical Dragons [MYTH] is PVX Guild – looking to increase its members, we are currently recruiting for general members and for an experienced static RAID group.

Who are ? The Mythical Dragons [MYTH] ? ?

• A PvX Guild on the EU Server “Gunners Hold” (we recently transferred from NA Servers) with our high activity times around (~8pm – 11pm Server time) focusing on end-game content.*
• The guild has existed since 2012 and has members from all over the world.
• We use discord to organise events for guild members and receive applications to the guild.
• We are re-organising our roster since we moved from NA Servers.
• We use an achievement-based progression ranking system for in-guild promotions.

We are forming a new experienced raid static 8pm – 11pm UK Time (Monday, Tuesday) [Winter=Server Time, Summer = Server Time + 1hr] – read on for the requirements to join the raid static group.

What are we looking for in individuals?

• Mature attitude (e.g. strength to work through problems, patient, tolerant, compassionate, optimistic, honest, humble, self-aware and accountable, strong desire to learn and improve).

• Players who are experienced with fractals T4s and CMs

• Good experience in raid wings and bosses

Rules:

• Any discrimination, begging or abuse of members whether in the forums, in discord or in game will not be tolerated. Please respect your fellow guildies and treat others as you would like to be treated.

• Mature topics, for example those of a sexual nature, can be discussed in guild chat but should a member express discomfort, you are expected to cease discussion and change topics. While we are not a PG guild, it is important to make sure every member is at ease.

• If you wish to make a complaint, you are expected to speak to one of the guild leadership privately and not cause a fuss in public or in guild chat. This allows us to deal with your problem directly and promptly.

RAID Static:

Our raiding static members have extensive raiding experience and are limited by real-life commitments, looking for like-minded individuals who can clear bosses efficiently, clean weekly clears and progressive strategy improvement.

This is not a training group, we expect people to be geared and treat this as your main group.

When do we run ?

• 8pm – 11pm , UK Time (meeting time: 7:45pm) on Mondays and Tuesdays (Wednesdays if a new patch is released).

Requirements

• Players who want to be in a static roster
• Highly experienced in raids (250+ KP (w1-6 each boss), 100+KP w7)
• Able to multi-class, to adapt for each encounter as needed (2-3 Roles minimum – e.g. 1 support, 2 dps OR 3 dps OR 1 dps, 1 support, 1 niche role – e.g. kiter, tank etc)
• 80% SC DPS Benchmarks on golem with realistic buffs (e.g. at Tier 2 Crossroads inn verified).
• Be mechanically sound and understand each boss encounter and attack telegraphing.
• Discord (with headset) for static runs (mandatory) and will be in English.
• Advanced Registration online to be part of the static run, schedule.

Important Note:Runs may be recorded and broadcast on our MYTH Youtube channel , twitch etc by members.

We have ~5 slots available on the RAID static group and will discuss this with you before joining.
