Should weakness reduce outgoing condition damage?

I would like to ask why weakness doesnt reduce outgoing condition damage while it does reduce direct damage? Wouldnt it benefit the balance if direct damage and condition damage are both affected by this condition?

It does reduce condition damage indirectly since there are a bunch of 'apply condition on crit'.

The more problematic thing is probably Protection versus Vulnerability. Protection is a fairly frequently applied boon on mobs on top of the fact that various mobs have ridiculously high toughness.

That effect is rather minor compared to the effect on a power build. Given the amount of stuff you can use to counter power, making weakness apply to conditions would probably be a good idea.

Hm... What about the actually condi dmg will be instead reached from condi critical Dot? The with weakness così wont crit and wont deal full dmg.

Ferocity ofc wont affetto conditions.So

1. power will be power ferocity and precision.
2. Condi will be condition expertise and precision.

Same thing for toughness
