Tanner Blackfeather.6509 Posted October 22, 2017 Share Posted October 22, 2017 Unless your friend started playing after PoF launched, have them check their Story Journal (in the Hero Panel) to see if the episodes are actually locked.If they were playing before (even as f2p) but didn't own HoT, the episodes were "banked", unlocked to the account but unavailable until HoT is added. It's not even an option shown in the gem store that is the problem.Idk why either. Does he need to buy HoT in order to see Season 3 complete pack in the gem store? This is so confusing.
