WvW DBL bug : perma bird transformation with air shrines

Hello,

In Deserts Borderlands, when we've got the air keep and the 3 shrine, we can use the little clouds in each shrine, that turns us into a bird, and send us faraway.

Reported issue (I'm not involved, but 2 players in my server experienced it today) : when using the air shrine express bird fast travel, the bird randomly falls off a cloud to the ground (and survives). Players got stuck as birds without any obvious possibility to switch back to their normal form. Using Citadel TP didn't switch back to normal form. The only solution found was to jump to the PvP lobby and back to WvW.
