Revenant - Dwarf: Inspiring Reinforcement's hitbox is too low to trigger projectile finishers

The July, 7th 2020 patch had a patch note for Inspiring Reinforcement:

Increased the height of the effect area to prevent it from missing jumping players.This was a good change, but the height wasn't increased enough. Firing projectiles through the road normally will not trigger the vulnerability effect from the lightning field generated by the road. If you use action camera and aim down at the road, you can trigger projectile finishers, but I don't like using action camera in combat.
