Domain of Vabbi - High Elder Ziadih The Fearless Mastery - Blocked by Giant Blinding Bubbles

I don't know if this is just an issue with the map I'm on, if so the ip of the map is: 10.63.74.104:0. This mastery point is near impossible to do because of the massive frame drops that these bubbles cause. I'm using a GTX 960 G1 Gaming Edition and an i5-4690k and my frames dropped to 10 FPS.
