[Loading API] Corrupted System 32 .dll(s) and unwanted AI applications on Windows 10 Insider ?

Recommended Posts

There is a strange list of .dlls loading when i click "READY" which are potentially linked to AI software. -->I have been through some maps all over again and the dialogues from some NPCs seem totally out of context / directly targeted at the player.I don't mind feeling like a valuable custommer or being thrown into intensive lore immersion but sometimes i think the Game AI is behaving in a really strange way :

Do you actually know what any of these are used for? A bunch of graphics driver DLLs, DirectX, some Windows DLLs. I don't see anything unusual in your list of DLLs although a lot of them are pretty generic DLL's that potentially can be used by AI software. Or spreadsheets. Or multimedia applications.

This game has pretty much nothing to do with any "real" AI. Certainly not on the client side. When an event occurs, like you approaching an NPC, then the game can trigger some dialog and that dialogue can appear to be directed at your character. This is purely a scripted event. Dialogues being out of context is not a sign of intelligence at all, more likely a bug.

Looks like the same list we see whenever anyone lists the results of a crash report.
Have you used any command line arguments? You can check your 'Properties' and the start-up command of the game executable.
I don't know why you would be seeing those from just playing the game.Perhaps, a -repair of the client is in order.

Much of the NPC dialogue is directed at the player.
