HattMatt.7342
I have been getting this error whenever I try to exchange gold for gems. I opened a ticket and was asked to provide gem card information. I replied that I had not bought a card, that I actually purchased this online from ArenaNET. I have not heard a word back since. Wondering if anyone else is also seeing this or is it just me?"Network Error - Please check your internet connection and try again. (Code= 0:0:0:0:101)"I have already deleted the temp cache file and still no help. Any ideas?
Inculpatus cedo.9234
Tried a -repair of the client? Probably not the issue, but it can't hurt.Assume you mean the GW2 cache file...(Knowledge Base - Search 'Troubleshoot Trading Post')

Carnius Magius.8091
You will get this error if you wait too long before accepting the trade. This is because the price has already changed. Try again and be as swift as you can as prices are always changing during heavy trading.

I get the prices change but it takes me less than a second to click the button to accept the trade and I still get the error.
Inculpatus cedo.9234
You can update your ticket, and explain, again, that you aren't using a Gem Card, but are having a different issue.Sometimes, the help team uses boilerplate responses.Good luck. I was honestly just wondering if anyone else is having this problemI've been getting this error all the time for years when trading gold for gems. I just take it for granted that the server will kick you if the trade is invalid. Instead of wasting time sending an explanation the server kicks you and goes on to the next trader. I just try again until the trade goes through. Look at as a Jeopardy contestant pushbutton. Some trader around the world is bound to push it before you do.
