Looking for WvW Roaming/Small Group guild (Borlis Pass) (NA)

Hello,

I am a returning player looking to get back into the WvW scene. I took a 2 year break but really missing the different playstyles and build customization. I am looking for a guild that can help provide some guidance in the WvW scene while having fun. I am enjoying that GW2 has a vast array of armors/skills/builds. I was told that Zerg guilds are not like that (zerg guilds are more set builds) but roaming and small groups are the way to go. I dont know if this is true but I am looking for a Borlis Pass guild that does WvW that is willing to provide guidance in the scene but chill enough not to force every class into the one single set build. :)
