cant open game

game was working fine, then crashed. now i cant even open it. i keep getting a box that says"a serious error has occurred that prevents the program from continuing to run. you can help us prevent this error from occurring in the future by reporting it."

ive reported it but have unable to get back into the game for an hour now. ive changed my wifi to see if that was the issue but no luck

General tip: There are known Windows updates that can potentially corrupt files, including games. You should always google the last installed KBs when stuff starts acting up weird out of the blue.

Second tip: Never install games under Program Files. Create a separate Games folder, preferably on a non-OS partition.
