Lighting bug?

I recently returned to gw2 after taking a break for a few months. Upon loading up my character selection, i noticed the lighting looked odd on my characters profile pics, the lighting looks to bright an seems to bleach there faces the angle of the light seems to change each time i go back to character select . There also seems to be somthing wrong in the shading in the hair, when in character creation an on character selection there is white patches in the hair.. where i guess the shading would be? is this a game glitch or a graphics problem? i been trying diffrent graphics settings, and even setting to low, does not seem to fix the lighting issue. any ideas?https://imgur.com/a/7Db7YZy
