Left it for 3hr's now and the client has still yet to install the game just sits there downloading 48MB at 0kb's cannot seem to find any issues on my end that would cause it to not download.
Did it start downloading at all? How many % have you reached?
Did you use the gw2setup-64.exe?
How much space is it left pn the disk you are running the setup file from?
How much space do you have on the disk where you want the game to be installed at?

I tried everything but nothing worked. At the end I had to leave it all during the whole afternoon/night to fully download it with 50kbs...
I'm just surprised that editing the HOST file did not help, for instance. Hmm. That's very strange.

Not working at all.
I hate this, I deleted it few weeks ago to make some space to install another software.
How many drives do you have?
How much space do you have on the drive you run the setup from, and how much space on the drive you install the game on?
Did you try all suggestions in that thread?
