simple raid build?

i read a kitless holo have very simple rotation and deal good dps in raid? anyone know the build and rotations? also for meta holo in raid, is the rotation simple too?

The Rotation is.... only marginally simpler than standard sword holo. You're still doing the following:

Photon Forge Mode to 149 Heat, using Skills 1, 3, and 4 for damage.Sword 1, Sword 2, and Pistol 4 until you get to about 75 Heat, in which case you go back into photon forge mode.Spam the toolbelt skills whenever they're off cooldown.Photon Wall and Laser Disk above 50 heat.

The only real difference between the two is that the kit version has you popping into grenade for Shrapenl Grenade and Poison Grenade every few seconds.

between swor/pistol vs rifle, which one is easier, both do about similar dps i assume?

On Kit-less? Sword leaves rifle in the dust.

Both has a similar level of difficulty, the only difference is how the heat management works.

With sword you have to mantain your heat between 100 and 149, if you overheat you're gonna lose a lot of dps, the rotation is "easier" but mistakes are more prone to happen.With Rifle you have to manage your 100 heat capacity to use the most Corona Burst and Photon Blitz possible. Grenade Barrage, Big Old Bomb, Photon Blitz and Overheat are your highest damaging skills and if you happen to miss these your dps will be affected in the long run, each skill has their own gimmick on when and how to use them.

Both have similar benchmarks, and I 100% favour Rifle since the rotation is more clear and smooth instead of the "use everything offcd" sword rotation.
