Sunqua Peak storm phase bugged

When the end boss starts her storm attack that you need to disrupt by picking up 3 air buffs and jumping into the air, sometimes the storm attack doesn't end and the boss doesn't phase further, even though all storms (and their ground indicators) are cleared. Had this happen in two separate runs. Happens consistently after it happens once in the same instance.

This bug has been in the game since the fractal released.Arenanet had attempted to fix it once or twice in the month after release but then nothing substantial has happened to it.

Apparently, this bug is somehow related to wiping during the water phase on a previous attempt at the boss.
